GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING (AP) The court made the following ORDER:- The instant writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing the salary arrears of the petitioner from 01.10.2004 to 01.02.2016 as illegal, arbitrary, etc., and for consequential direction to the respondents to release the arrears for the said period. 2. There is no representation for the petitioner even in the revised call. 3. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education, while placing a copy of the proceedings dated 30.08.2025 of the 5th respondent-District Educational Officer, Prakasam District, submits that the petitioner has received the arrears for the period 01.10.2004 to 01.02.2016. The relevant portion of the said proceedings reads as under:- 3 “…..In this regard, I submit that, the salary arrears bills from 10/2004 to 02/2016 in respect of Sri.Ch.Siva Prasad, SGT, B.S. Aided Primary School, Koppolu, Ongole Mandal Prakasam District for Rs.21,72,240/- has been credited into his account on 17.08.2018…..” 4. In view of the above stated position, the writ petition requires no further consideration as the prayer of the petitioner has been fulfilled and accordingly, the same is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
