By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to qua impugned order dated 24.03.3022 issued by the District Education officer, Raigarh: 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/ set aside the impugned order dated 27.02.2022 issued by the District Education officer, Gariyaband; 10.3 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent District Education officer, Gariyaband to give joining to the petitioner at Government High School Dadargoan on the basis of transfer order Dated 09.02.2022 issued by the Under Secretary, School Education Department, State of C.G. 10.4 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent DEO Gariyaband & BEO Chhura, District Gariyaband to carry-back the LPC of the petitioner from her earlier working place and also, grant the payment of the salaries to the petitioner; 3 10.5 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deemed fit & proper in favourof the petitioner. as per the facts & circumstance of the present case, in the ends of justice." 3. Vide order dated 28.6.2023, order of status quo was granted to the petitioner by this Court. 4. Con1sidering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at her original place of posting, as such, by the afflux of time, has lost its efficacy and as such the orders dated 24.2.2023 and 27.2.2023 are required to be quashed and accordingly the said orders under challenge are hereby quashed. 5. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order. 6.
