The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, District- Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 06.05.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in the present case, the statements of 08 prosecution witnesses have already recorded by the previous Presiding Officer and 03 witnesses are remained to be examined. Considering the numbers of witnesses, the trial is likely to take some more time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
