ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declare the inaction of Respondent No.3 in taking action pursuant to the proceedings of the Respondent No.2 in Rc.No.6255/C1/2020 dated 08-10-2020, wherein the Respondent No.2
directed the Respondent No.3 to enquire into the matter and to take necessary action and to report compliance on the complaint made by the

Petitioner dated 21-09-2020 as illegal, arbitrary and un-constitutional also against the spirit of the Constitution of India and consequently direct Respondent No 3 to forthwith comply with the direction of the 2nd Respondent pursuant to the proceedings in Rc.No.6255/C1/2020 dated 08- 10-2020.”
2. Sri M.Rajeev Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, let there be a direction to Respondent No.3 to take action pursuant to the proceedings of Respondent No.2 in Rc.No.6255/C1/2020, dated 08.10.2020.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing Respondent No.3 to intimate the Petitioner about the action taken pursuant to the proceedings of Respondent No.2 in Rc.No.6255/C1/2020, dated 08.10.2020, within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this
order. There shall be no order as to costs.
