The petitioner in the present writ petition has challenged the advertisement dated 15.3.2021. He has also sought for a direction give him an opportunity to fill his form and to permit him to appear in the examination as indicated in the recruitment dated 15.3.2021. 2. Having regard to the fact that in the preceding four years, the recruitment process would have been completed and taking into consideration the fact that the recruitment has been completed, it would be unnecessary to entertain this writ petition. 3. It is stated here that the successful candidates have also not been impleaded in this writ petition and therefore, no relief could be granted to the petitioner.
