JUSTICE YARENJUNGLA LONGKUMER O R D E R 10.06.2025 At the outset, Ms. V. Suokhrie, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 and Mr. N. Angami, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1 have produced a copy of the Order No. CE/PHE/EST/CC/2016 dated 13.05.2025 by which the petitioner, Shri Angphei Konyak, Work-Charged Khalasi (retired w.e.f. 30.09.2019) has been regularized as R/Khalasi against an ex-post facto regularization post created w.e.f. the afternoon of 30.09.2019 in the scale of pay Level-1. It is stated that the service regularization of Shri Angphei Konyak is purely for the purpose of granting pension benefits only. In view of the Order dated 13.05.2025, the direction of this Court passed in WP(C)/21/2021 by Order dated 11.04.2023 has been complied with.
