JUSTICE RAJESH MAZUMDAR ORDER Date : 07-10-2025 At the very outset, Mr. Mohammed Shamimuddin, learned counsel appearing for the applicant has prayed before this Court to ignore the word “Revision” appearing at Paragraph (a) of the prayer clause, since he submits that it is a typographical error. The prayer is not objected to by the learned PP for the State. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed. Prayer “A” shall be read as;- “a) Take on record the impugned FIR dated 09.10.2023 as Annexure-R-1 to the present Criminal Petition;” Heard both the learned counsel for the parties.
