The present application under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge / Special Judge (POCSO), Court No.2, Amroha, to decide the Criminal Revision No. 242 of 2024 (Khalid Parvez v. State of UP), under Section 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, Police Station Didoli, District Amroha, within stipulated period. Considering the fact that the case has remained pending since 2024, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the trial court to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
