Let the order dated 19th May, 2021 stand corrected to read as 19th May, 2023 as passed in WPA 8619 of 2020 read with CAN 1 of 2023 and CAN 2 of 2023 (Deusen Mondal Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.). 2. The Officer-in-Charge, Gosaba Police Station, naemely, Mr. Soumen Biswas has filed an affidavit indicating that he has taken all steps to ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. He has since been transferred from Gosaba P.S. The new incumbent in the post of the O.C., Gosaba Police Station shall ensure that there absolutely no breach of peace and all orders of the Civil Court are strictly enforced by the Gosaba P.S. and complied with by the parties. 2 3. The affidavit filed by the alleged contemnor Soumen Biswas is kept with the record. His is personally present in Court. His personal presence is dispensed with. 4. The petitioner may pursue the already taken out civil proceedings against the private respondents in accordance with law. 5. With the aforesaid observations WPCRC 43 of 2025 is disposed of. 6. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged. 7. There shall be no order as to costs. 8. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
