Assailing the same, present writ petition is filed. 2. Petitioner claims that her husband is an employee working with Kadapa District Cooperative Central Bank Limited at Rayachoti Branch. Therefore, she claims preference based on spouse ground, which came to be not considered by respondents having regard to the fact that he is not a Government employee. 3. Heard Sri N.Pramod, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for respondents. \ 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are vacancies nearby the present station i.e., at Malluru and Vamdadi. Therefore, he would urge that petitioner would submit representation requesting respondents to consider for transfer to aforesaid stations. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents, on the other hand, would submit that petitioner has been rightly transferred, in terms of transfer guidelines. However, in HCGR.J W.P.No.l6399of2025 case, petitioner comes up with request, the same would be considered in accordance with law. 6. In view of the same, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, by permitting the petitioner to make representation before the 3 respondent within a period of ten (10) days from today. On such representation being made, the 3"'^ respondent shall consider the request having regard to the availability of vacancies and pass appropriate orders, in terms of policy guidelines, within a period of ten (10) days thereafter.
