The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 21732/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 47(a), (b), (c), (e), 52 & 55 of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Ranchi. 3. On 26.06.2025, Excise Department intercepted several vehicles. On search, huge quantity of English liquor was recovered from those vehicles. This Petitioner is alleged to be travelling in a Tata Magic bearing registration no. JH01EF-8005, from which 450 liters of English liquor was recovered. 4. It was submitted that petitioner happens to be Khalasi of the seized vehicle. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Ranchi in connection with Complaint Case No. 21732/2025.
