This Court, vide order dated 03.04.2024 passed in Cr.A. No. 576/2024, while dismissing the said appeal, had the trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 6 months, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment. 2 3. The learned Special Judge (NIA Act), Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 09.05.2025 has requested for grant some more time for concluding the trial of Special Case (NIA Act) No. 25 of 2024 (State of Chhattisgarh Vs. Raju Banjare and Others). 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in the present case, out of total 16 prosecution witnesses, 9 witnesses have already been examined. Furthermore, the examination/cross-examination of the 7 witnesses are yet to be done. Hence, the conclusion of the trial may take some more time, therefore, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. As requested, further 3 months time is granted for disposal of the said case. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within the stipulated period. 6. Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7. Registry is directed to sent a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance.
