Grievance of the petitioner is that, the respondents are not deciding the application which the petitioner has filed for registering his name and permitting him for selling of paddy crops. 2. Learned State counsel submits that there is a land dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.5. He further submits that the petitioner has filed a Civil suit which is pending. He further submits that the petitioner has also filed an application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 for grant of injunction which was rejected and the same was challenged by way of appeal and the appeal was also dismissed. Against the dismissal of the appeal, the petitioner preferred WP227 No. 642 of 2024 before the High Court and the case was disposed off with a direction that till the civil suit is decided no third party interest shall be created in the suit land. He further submits that if the respondent No. 5 will submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the application filed by the petitioner for registration and selling of paddy in the land bearing khasra No. 416/5 and 416/2 situated at village Tarpali, Tehsil 3 Raigarh the same will be considered and decided. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 4. Having heard the contention put-forth by the parties and perusal of records, at this juncture, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the application filed by the petitioner within a period of 15 days subject to filling of No Objection certificate by respondent No. 5 to the application moved by the petitioner. 5.
