This I.A has been filed praying for suspension of the impugned Judgement and Order dated 16.06.2025 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in MAC Case No. 36/2023 pending the disposal of the MAC Case No. 20/2025. 3. The appeal has been admitted and the learned counsel for the appellant/applicant prays that the impugned order maybe stayed as there are good grounds in the appeal petition and there is every likelihood of the appellant being successful in this said appeal petition. 4.
