( 2025:JHHC:29317 ) IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B.A. No. 8126 of 2025 ------- Ludha Kaibart @ Ludha Kaibarta, aged about 46 years, son of Late Bhikhu Kaiwart, resident of village Digri, P.O. & P.S. Jadugora, District East Singhbhum, Jharkhand. …... …. Petitioner(s) Versus The State of Jharkhand .…. …. Opp. Party -------- CORAM : HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH -------- For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Amit Kumar Das, Advocate Mr. Preetam Mandal, Advocate For the State : Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sinha, A.P. P. -------- 02/ Dated 22.09.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jadugora P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.225 of 2024, S.T. Case No.530 of 2024, for the offence under Section 103 of the B.N.S., 2023 and further charge framed under Section 103(1) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri Sachindra Birua, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ghatshila. On 03.09.2024, dead body of the mother of the informant was found in an open place at village Digri. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased that due to strained relationship, he might have committed her murder. It was submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on record. It was further submitted that the son of the petitioner, who is the informant of the case, has been declared hostile. From the impugned order, it appears that nothing incriminating has been recovered on the pointing out of the petitioner. Considering the fact that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Sachindra Birua, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ghatshila, in connection with Jadugora P.S. Case No. 57 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.225 of 2024, S.T. Case No.530 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) 22nd September, 2025 BS/-
