While placing on record communication dated 21.03.2024, issued under the signatures of Director, Town & Country Planning Department, Himachal Pradesh, learned Additional Advocate General states that benefit consequent upon conferment of work charge status has been decided to be given to the petitioner, subject to final outcome of pending SLP before the Hon'ble Apex Court. Having perused aforesaid communication, this Court finds that mandate contained in the judgment stands duly complied with. If it is so, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly same are closed.
