Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gawan P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025 corresponding to M.C.A. Case No. 1043 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 87, 96, 137(2), 64 of the B.N.S. and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih. 3. On 10.05.2025, the daughter of the informant was enticed by the petitioner to leave her lawful guardianship with intention to marry her. 4. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the statement of the victim was recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S, in which, she has stated that she has left her lawful guardianship with the petitioner according to her own wish. 5. It appears that this is a case of adolescent love affair between the parties. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih, in connection with Gawan P.S.
