Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/wife and learned counsel for the opposite party/husband. 2. The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original (Divorce) Suit No.866 of 2024 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad to the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bermo at Tenughat. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the wife/petitioner that wife is a rustic villager and resides at Tenughat. She has no financial capacity to travel. Further, the husband also resides near Tenughat. On that basis, prayer for transfer of case has been made. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party/husband has opposed the above prayer. 5. Considering the facts of the present case and the fact that both the parties are residing near Tenughat, I am inclined to allow the present petition. Accordingly, the Original (Divorce) Suit No.866 of 2024, is hereby, transferred to the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bermo at Tenughat. 6.
