Mr. Vishawdeep Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2 At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment passed by the coordinate bench of this Court on 1.11.2023 in batch of petitions with CWP No. 5536/2020, titled as Sanjay Kumar vs. State of H.P. as lead case. She further submits that the petitioner has already made a representation (Annexure P-2) to respondents No. 2 and 3 seeking consideration of her case in light of the aforesaid 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 judgment and the petitioner shall be satisfied at this stage in case time bound directions are issued to respondent No. 2 and 3 to consider and decide the same. 3 Prayer being innocuous is allowed. 4 Without adverting to the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-2) in light of the judgment in Sanjay Kumar’s case (supra) within eight weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order. 5 Needless to say that in case the petitioner herein is found similarly situate to the petitioner in CWP No. 5536/2020, she shall be extended the same benefits as have been granted to the petitioner in the aforesaid petition. 6 Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
