Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances of the case, this Court while relying upon the dictum enunciated in Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No.1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-JP:5792), (2 of 2) [CW-10102/2025] directs the respondent No.3 to adjudicate the representation/legal notice dated 13.06.2025 filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law and in a speaking manner, within the period of fifteen days. 3.
