CMP No.20536 of 2025 The instant application has been filed by applicant/respondent No.2 Ram Swroop for making necessary corrections in the memorandum of parties in the original claim petition, the award passed by the learned Tribunal as also the appeal filed before this Court. It is averred that the name of father of applicant has wrongly been recorded as ‘Julgia’, whereas, the correct name of the father of applicant is ‘Babu Ram’. In support of the application, besides affidavit of the applicant, copies of parivar register and Aadhar card have also been filed, which prima-facie substantiate the contention raised in the application. No reply is sought to be filed to the application. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the name of father of applicant is ordered to be corrected as ‘Babu Ram’ instead of ‘Julgia’ in the original claim petition, impugned award as also the appeal filed before this Court, subject to all just exceptions.
