The following prayer has been made in the writ petition:- "A. Issue a Writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 and directed to respondent no. 3 to allot the remaining 4% developed land in favour of the petitioner, which is acquired by concerned authority in the light of judgment and order dated 21.10.2011 passed by Hon'ble full bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 37443 of 2011 (Gajraj and Others Vs. State of U.P. and Others) in accordance with law." 2. Although, it is admitted by the petitioner that he had not challenged the acquisition notification but the submission is that the co-sharers of petitioner and his real brothers, namely, Anil Kumar and Dharmendra have been allotted 4% additional developed land in terms of judgement in Gajraj Singh and Others vs. State of U.P. and Others reported in 2011 (11) ADJ 1 (FB). The petitioner has made repeated representations but he has not been allotted 4% additional developed land. 3. Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for the respondent - Development Authority submits that the Authority will examine the claim of the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merit, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 13.01.2025 (Annexure No. 4) within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photo copy of the representation.
