The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Harla PS Case No.115 of 2024 , for offence registered under section 303(2), 317(2), 324(4), 324(5) read with 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is made that on the vehicle iron pipes were being carried which was said to be stolen and the petitioner was not on the spot and vehicle was driven by the driver and petitioner has got two criminal antecedent. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that criminal antecedent of petitioner is there and the petitioner is happened to be owner of vehicle. 5. Considering that there are criminal antecedents and the petitioner is said to be owner of the vehicle, petitioner above named is directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today and learned court shall release petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deed fit and proper. 6.
