The following reliefs have been claimed in this Writ Petition:- 3 “10.1. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ or direction calling for the records pertaining to the petitioners case from the concerned authorities for kind perusal. 10.2. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the application and quash the impugned order dated 27.02.2025 passed by the respondent no.3 may kindly be quashed and consequently order passed by the respondent no.02 dated 28.07.2023 be restored. 10.3.That, the Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to stay the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 27.02.2025 passed by the respondent no.3 in revenue appeal no.202309960100104/11/A-21(1)/2022-23 till disposal of the petition. 10.4. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost and expenses of this petition. An affidavit in support of this petition is filed herewith.” 2. After arguing at length, Shri Rajwade submits that against the impugned order passed by the Commissioner, Surguja Division, Ambikapur (CG) in Revenue Appeal No. 202309960100104/11/A- 21(1)/2022-23 (Annexure P-1), the Petitioner has preferred a review application (Annexure P-10) and therefore, prays to dispose of this Petition while issuing a direction to Respondent No.3 to decide the said review application within a reasonable period of time. 3. This proposition is not opposed by learned State Counsel. 4. Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the Petition with due care. 5. Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Petition with an observation that if the review application (Annexure P-10) is pending before Respondent No.3, the same may be disposed of expeditiously, 4 preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the stake holders. 6. it is made clear that this Court does not express any opinion on the merits of the case and the concerned authority is directed to decide the review application on its own merits in accordance with law. 7.
