Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 4. The order dated 08.05.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1291/2025 in Cr.No.81/2024 of Chintapalli Police against Accused No.6 is modified that the Petitioner/Accused No.6 shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chintapalli and the remaining conditions imposed by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge – Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam shall be complied with. 5.
