1. This criminal revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated 21.10.2011 passed by the learned Additional Session Judge, Dhamtari (C.G.), in Criminal Appeal No. 109/2011 arising out of
judgment and order dated 30.09.2011 passed by the learned Chief ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Digitally signed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Date: 2025.06.18 18:52:09 +0530
2 Judicial Magistrate, Dhamtari (C.G.) in Criminal Case No. 194/11, whereby the applicants were convicted under Section 34(2) of the C.G. Excise Act and sentenced them to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 02 years with fine of Rs. 50,000/-, in default of payment of fine additional RI for 06 months to both the applicants.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are no longer in contact with him and he pleads no instructions.
3. On the other hand, the learned Panel Lawyer submits that, despite the issuance of a bailable warrant against the applicants on five occasions, it remained unserved due to the applicants not residing at the given address.
4. As the applicants are not in contact with their counsel and the counsel pleads no instructions the present revision petition is dismissed on this ground alone.
