Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 414 and 34 of the IPC were added later. 3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner along with other co-accused persons are alleged to have stolen the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16333 of 2025(4) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 motorcycle and Bolero in question . The alleged stolen vehicles have been recovered from house of these petitioners. 4.
