The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber Case No.17 of 2024, corresponding to Cyber P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 & 471, read with Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66B, 66C & 66D of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of Shri Manish Ranjan, learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.8225/2024, by order dated 07.01.2025, at that stage. On 27.04.2024, at 10:30 P.M., two mobile phones and ATM cards belonging to the informant was stolen from Dhanbad Railway Station. It appears that Rs.24,000/- were withdrawn from the account of the informant. It was submitted that though the money was transferred to the account of wife of the petitioner, but petitioner has remained in custody for more than a year. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Manish Ranjan, learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi, in connection with Cyber Case No.17 of 2024, corresponding to Cyber P.S.
