GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 2nd Respondent in not considering and not acting upon the representation dated 15.10.2020 submitted by the Petitioner regarding prevailing law and order situation in view of the illegal encroachments made in land admeasuring Ac 1.60 cents in Sy.No.66/13 Nookinenipalle Village Nandlur Mandal Kadapa District pending disposal of O.S.No.79 0f 2 2020 on the file of Honourable Junior Civil Judge Nandalur Kadapa District as being illegal arbitrary in violation of Articles 14 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to consider the representation dated 15.10.2020.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the disputes between the parties are purely civil in nature. 3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder: “It is submitted that the contents of the complaint appeared to be non-cognizable in nature, mainly relating to civil in nature. In view of the same, no case whatsoever was registered except informing the result of the petition to the petitioner. Instead of availing alternative remedies, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.” 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
