From the submission of the petitioner In-person, I find that the direction in order dated 02.09.2016 was complied with but the same was recalled. 3. The recall of the same on 30.09.2021 is a separate cause of action which needs to be challenged by the petitioner. The same cannot be adjudicated in the contempt application. 4.
