The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “A. This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to Quash the impugned Charge sheet filed by the respondent no. 1 bearing final report no. 04/2025 dated 05.03.2025 in FIR no. 02/2025 dated 05/01/2025 for offence u/s 74,75,79 of BNS And sec 3(2-v)a, 3(1)(b) of (ST/SC Prevention of Atrocities Act 1989). B. This Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased t Quash the impugned order taking Cognizance dated 06.03.2025 by the learned Special Court, Scheduled tribe and scheduled caste (prevention of atrocities act 1989), Jashpur, Chhattisgarh whereby, the final report bearing final report no. 4/2025 dated 05/03/2025, in FIR no. 02/2025 dated 05.01.2025 has been taken cognizance. C. That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to set aside all the consequential Criminal proceedings in special case no. 11/2025 before Learned Special Court, Scheduled tribe and scheduled caste (prevention of atrocities act 1989), Jashpur, Chhattisgarh, against the petitioners for offence punishable u/s 74,75,79 of BNS And sec 3(2-v)a, 3(1)(b) of (ST/SC Prevention of Atrocities Act 1989). D. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the Petitioner, in the interest of justice. An affidavit in support of is filed herewith.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh stating that in the present matter, charges have already been framed against the petitioner on 3 16.06.2025 and the same needs to be challenged further. 4.
