This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs:- “i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to regularize the services of the petitioner after one year of his initial date of appointment in light of judgment dated 9th November, 2025 passed by this Hon’ble Court in Vikram Singh & Ors. Vs HRTC & Ors. in CWPOA with all consequential benefits, alongwith arrears, seniority, re-fixation of pay, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in the writ petition and the reliefs prayed 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 for by the petitioner have already been adjudicated in Vikram Singh Vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation, CWPOA No. 2343 of 2020, decided on 09.2023, along with connected matters. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner would be content if the case of the petitioner is considered by the respondents in light of the aforesaid judgment. Learned vice counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection to this prayer. 4. Having regard to above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the petitioner. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
