JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment [2025:RJ-JP:26981] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-3920/2025] 18/07/2025 Accused-petitioners have filed this misc. petition seeking quashing of FIR No.171/2025, dated 13.05.2025, registered at Police Station Neem Ka Thana Sadar, District Sikar for the offences under Sections 189(2), 121(1), 132, 125, 307, 109(1), 324(3), 352 of BNS and Section 3 of PDPP Act and Section 3(2)(va), 3(1) (r) and 3(1)(s) of SC/ST Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in the order dated 04.07.2025 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.3886/2025, FIR Nos.171/25, 172/25, 161/25 and 162/25 were directed to be supervised under the authority of concerned Superintendent of Police with an interim protection that no coercive action be taken qua the petitioners subject to their joining in the investigation. Mr. Roshan Meena, Addl. SP, Neem Ka Thana, present in person has submitted that in the instant matter, investigation is duly carried out. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs that the order dated 04.07.2025 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.3886/2025 be made absolute. Investigating Officer is directed to carry out the investigation in a fair, transparent and expeditious manner within a period of two months and submit the conclusion in accordance with law thereafter.
