Though this Court conscious of the fact that proceedings in appeal involve adjudication on the aspect of title and the appeal will merit its due consideration, however, looking into the prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to endeavour to decide the appeal expeditiously, provided there is no legal impediment.
