The learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners Page No.# 2/3 submitted that the petitioner Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 103, 104, 105 and 106 have in the meantime already been benefited by the scheme of regularization and as such, these applicants/petitioners would not like to pursue the accompanying writ petition. 3. Ms. Livika, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that she has no objection in respect to the said prayer. 4. Accordingly, this Court strikes out the names of the petitioner Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 103, 104, 105 and 106 from the accompanying writ petition. 5. In view of the aforesaid order, it would be required on behalf of the remaining petitioners in the accompanying writ petition to be rearranged, the Page No.# 3/3 learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to rearrange the remaining petitioners in the accompanying writ petition and thereupon file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court. The Registry upon such fresh memo of parties being filed and taking into account the directions so passed in the instant order, make necessary corrections in the cause title of the writ petition and update the same in the CIS. 6.
