Today, the final report dated 11.08.2025 submitted by Mr. Sunjib Rana, Advocate and Mediator, Nagaland State Legal Services Authority is placed before this Court stating that the instant matter has been resolved and settled with the consent and in the presence of the concerned parties. Ms. Mika H. Aye, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms. Asa Rutsa, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1 state that the mediation has been settled in accordance with the report dated 11.08.2025.
