JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER Date : 27.08.2025 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that taking into account the dispute involved, the petitioners would be well advised to file a revision in terms with Rule 32 of the Rules for the Administration of Justice and Police in Nagaland, 1937. He therefore submitted that he would not like to press the instant writ petition without prejudice to his rights to prefer the revision application. 2. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. 3. Liberty is given to the petitioners to prefer a revision in terms with Rule 32 of the Rules for the Administration of Justice and Police in Nagaland, 1937, if so advised. Page No.# 3/3 4.
