The said proceedings vide Roc.No.E2/580/2024 dated 21.02.2025 are placed on record. 3. Vide order dated 06.12.2023, this Court directed the respondent authorities to pass orders within three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The counter/reply filed by respondents and the order placed on record shows that an order was passed and communicated to the petitioner. As such, there is no contempt as alleged. 4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
