GUNESHWAR SHARMA O R D E R 31-10-2025 [1] Heard Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Y. Jinita, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant and Mr. L. Shashibhushan, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. L. Liya, learned counsel on behalf of the respondents. [2] The present application has been filed by the applicant/writ petitioner for modification of the order dated 03-10-2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 827 of 2022 whereby liberty was granted to the petitioner to resubmit fresh proposal through SDMS. However, it is mentioned that the prayer in the writ petition in terms of the additional affidavit filed by the petitioner is for conversion of partnership firm to sole proprietorship firm and it is submitted that the conversion from partnership firm to proprietorship firm is not mentioned in the order dated 03-10-2025. It is prayed that the order dated 03-10-2025 be modified by including that the applicant/writ petitioner be allowed to resubmit the earlier reconstitution proposal of the firm from partnership to proprietorship firm. MC(WP(C)) No. 786 of 2025 [3] Mr. L. Shashibhushan, learned senior counsel for the respondents, submits that the petitioner may file an appropriate application in this regard and the respondents will consider the same in terms of the relevant rules. [4] In the circumstances, the application is disposed of by inserting the following line. The applicant/writ petitioner is permitted to resubmit a representation for conversion of partnership firm to sole proprietorship firm and the same shall be considered by the respondents in terms of the relevant rules. [5] The application is allowed and the aforesaid line will be treated as a part of the order dated 03-10-2025 passed by this Court. The respondents shall consider the representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation.
