JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER Heard Sri Abhijith, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt.Navya Shekar, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.1-State and Sri - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:25297 WP No. 13988 of 2024 Sharanjith Shetty, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.2. 2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No.2 to remove the word '15 ªÀµÀð ¥ÀgÁ¨sÁgÉ ¤µÉÃzÀ' at Column No.11 from the RTC extract at Annexure 'D'. It is submitted that such a condition is not found in the order of grant made by the respondent- authority. 3. I find force in the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the necessary correction has to be made in the RTC extract found at Annexure 'D' as the same is not found in order of grant. 4. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to make an application to the *respondent No.2 and Jurisdictional Tahsildar, Belthangady Taluk, Dakshina Kannada District, requesting the said authority to remove the word '15 ªÀµÀð ¥ÀgÁ¨sÁgÉ ¤µÉÃzÀ' at Column No.11 from the RTC extract. If such a representation is made by the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the *inserted vide Chambers Order dated 24.07.2025. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:25297 WP No. 13988 of 2024 same shall be considered by the said respondent-authority in accordance with law. 5.
