The case of the prosecution I'S that on 16-08-2024 at about 4:00 p.M., Accused No.1 and cousin of the de-facto complainant's father, created a nuisance in the village in an inebriated state. The de-facto complainant reprimanded A-1 and took hI-m tO thel|r house. SI'nCe then, A-1 had been abusing the de-facto complainant in unparliamentary language in PubII'C and repeatedly threatened him, stating that he would see his end. on 15-08-2024 at about 9.|30 PM, while the de-facto complainant was Proceeding in hI'S auto jn front Of Accused No.1's house, A-1 obstructed him and abused him in filthy language. when the de-facto complainant got down from his auto, A-1 caught hold of his throat and attempted to kill him by strangulating with hl's hands. He also beat him on the`face with hl's hands. At that time, Accused No.2, son of A-1, struck the de-facto complainant on the head with a stone, causing a laceration inJ-ury. On witnessing the incident, sivamma, mother of the d`e-facto complainant, rushed to the spot to rescue her son. However, A-1 and A-2 assaulted her with hands and legs, resulting in sweIIllng injuries on her body. upon hearing the cries, local residents intervened and rescued them. I, 3 Dr. YLR, I crI.P.No.6781 of 2025 Dated 23.07.2025 subsequently, the victims were ac'`,mitted to _the Government Hospital, H'indupur. Hence, the case Was registered. 3. Sri P.V.Venkata Ravi Shankar, the learned COunSel fOrthe Petitioner, submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence|, he was falsely ®lmplicated in this case-, he is sole breadwinner of h'ls family', he is ready ab'lde any conditions to be imposed by this court, and it is urged to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner/Accused No.2. 4.
Per confra, Ms.P.Akila Na'ldu, the learned Assistant Public prosecutor, opposed in granting of pre-arrest bail stating that there are specific overt acts attributed aga'lnst the petitioner and investigation is not completed-, 'lf the petitioner is enlarged on pre-arrest bail, he would not be available for the investigation and he will repeat the Same Offence,and it iS urged to dismiss the ba'll appl'lcation. 5. Perused the record. 6. As seen from the FIR lodged by the de-faCtO COmPla'lnant there are spec'lfic ov6rt acts attributed against the Pet'ltiOner that he beat the de-faCtO complainant with a stone on his head and caused bleed'lng injuries and he also beat the mother of the de-facto complainant. 7. In view of the specific overt acts attributed against the Petitioner, this court perceives that there are no merits in the criminal Pet'ltion for grant Of

In the result, the CrI'mI'nal Petition is dismissed. 9| However, as perthe request of the learned counsel forthe petitioner, liberty is given to the pet[-tioner/Accused No.2 to surrender before the learned jurisdI'CtiOna!
