Heard Ms. Supongwati Walling, the learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Ms. S. Chang, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 2. This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicants in connection with the Writ Petition No. 170/2024, which was filed by the applicant praying for regularization their services. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of the aforesaid writ petition, the services of Page No.# 4/5 the petitioners Nos.1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 40 & 41 have already been regularized and, therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous in as much as the said petitioners are concerned. 4. The learned counsel has therefore, submitted that their name may be deleted from the memo of parties in the connected writ petition. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the petitioners Nos. 10, 13 and 22 do not intend to proceed with the connected writ petition as they have not yet been attain the minimum eligibility criteria of 30 years for getting regularization in terms of Government Office Memorandum dated 17.03.2015. 6. The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, submits that the name of the aforesaid petitioners may be allowed to be deleted from the memo of parties and he may be allowed to amend the writ petition No. 170/2024 accordingly. 7. Ms. S. Chang, the learned Government Advocate considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner does not oppose to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 8. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as the instant writ petition has been infructuous in so far as the applicants of this interlocutory application except the petitioners Nos. 10, 13 and 22 are concerned. Hence, the prayer for deletion of their name is allowed. 9. As regards the petitioners No. 10, 13 and 22 as they d0 not intend to pursue the matter any further, their names are also Page No.# 5/5 allowed to be deleted. 10. The petitioner shall file an amended writ petition in the connected writ petition No. 170/2024, accordingly. 11. This interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of. 12.
