Angami, Sr. GA O R D E R 04.09.2025 The petitioners herein have approached this Court challenging the order of suspension dated 25.08.2025 whereby the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 have been suspended till 11.09.2025. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners would not like to say anything on the decision as regards the suspension of the petitioner nos. 3 and 4. However, the learned counsel, drawing the attention of this Court to the time schedule of the examinations which is Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition submitted that as the suspension has been up till 11.09.2025 the petitioners herein shall be deprived of appearing in the examinations Page No.# 3/3 which are to be held on 09.09.2025 and 10.09.2025. 2. Mr. N. Angami, the learned Senior Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondents submits that the reason for which the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 have been suspended appears to be proper. He further submitted that the circumstances whatever maybe should not deprive the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 from appearing in the examination as the future of the students is also a very important aspect. 3. Taking into account the above submissions this Court closes the instant Writ Petition without interfering with the suspension order dated 25.08.2025 but directing the respondent no. 5 to permit the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 to appear in the examinations which are to be held from 09.09.2025 onwards. 4. Mr. N. Angami, the learned Senior Government Advocate who represents all the respondents shall duly intimate the present order to the respondent no. 5 for due action. 5. With the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
