2. The instant interlocutory application has been preferred on behalf of the applicant-appellant seeking leave to rectify the Affidavit dated 03.07.2020 sworn in support of the appeal of the applicant-appellant before the Notary Public.
3. Mr. Zho, learned Amicus Curiae has submitted that a memorandum of criminal appeal is required to be accompanied by a certificate from the learned counsel for the appellant. He has sought for leave to append such a certificate to the memorandum of criminal appeal already filed.
4. Mr. Angami, learned Public Prosecutor, Nagaland has submitted that he has no objection to the leave sought for on behalf of the applicant-appellant.
5. While disposing of the instant interlocutory application, we deem it proper to grant leave to the learned Amicus Curiae to submit a certificate to the memorandum of criminal appeal, already filed, within a period of one week.
