This interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioner, Krishna Bahadur Chetri, in connection with W.P.(Crl.)/12/2025, wherein he had impugned the Detention Order No. CON/PITNDPS/01/2025/173 dated 14.07.2025 being issued by the Chief Secretary to the Government of Nagaland. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that during the pendency of the aforesaid writ petition, the Detention Order of the petitioner has been extended for another 3 months by order dated 14.07.2025 and, therefore, he seeks leave of this Court to bring on record the aforesaid Detention Order by filing this interlocutory application.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents, learned CGSC as well as learned Government counsel do not have any objection to the said prayer.
4. Therefore, this interlocutory application is allowed. The Order dated 14.07.2025 which is annexed in this interlocutory application as Annexure- 3, whereby the earlier detention of the petitioner was extended to another 3 months, i.e., with effect from 18.07.2025 till 17.10.2025 shall be treated as part of record in W.P.(Crl.)/12/2025.
