3. Upon hearing from learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of the writ petition finally at this stage directing the Tahasildar, Vyasanagar (O.P. No.3) to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 20.02.2025 (Annexure-3) pending before him as expeditiously as possible as per law.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
5. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the Tahasildar, Vyasanagar (O.P. No.3) immediately.
