JUSTICE YARENJUNGLA LONGKUMER ORDER Date : 09-09-2025 The present application has been filed by the appli- cant/petitioner praying for impleadment of Shri Abhijit Sinha, IAS as respondent No.4 in COP(C)24/2020 which is pending before this Court. I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner Ms. Kupuli Swu. The learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner sub- mits that COP(C)24/2020 has been filed before this Court and the same is pending. During the pendency of the contempt peti- tion, it has been informed that the present respondent No.3 Shri Vyasan R. IAS has been transferred out and Mr. Abhijit Sinha, IAS has joined the post of Home Commissioner as the new in- cumbent. Accordingly, the petitioner/applicant prays that Shri Abhijit Sinhha, IAS Home Commissioner Nagaland Kohima may be allowed to be impleaded as respondent No.4 in COP(C)24/2020. The prayer is allowed.
