This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 praying for condonation of delay of 5 (five) days in preferring the connected writ appeal. Mr. Zhimomi, learned counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection, if the prayer for condonation is allowed. We have considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and we find that the delay has been satisfactorily explained.
