By means of the present application under Section 528 B.N.S.S., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to expedite the proceedings of Case No. 1537 of 2024 (Santosh Vs. Pooja Devi), under Section 125(4)/125(5) Cr.P.C. and Section 144 of B.N.S.S. filed in Original Case No. 1072 of 2018 (Pooja Devi Vs. Santosh Kumar), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Buxa, District Jaunpur, and to decide the same within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that in above referred case applicant has filed an application under Section 125(4) / 125(5) Cr.P.C. and Section 144 B.N.S.S. on 09.08.2024 but the same has not been decided so far and thus, a direction may be made to the Family Court concerned to expedie the proceedings of the aforesaid case and to decide the same within time stipulated by this Court. 4. In view of aforesaid, the concerned Family Court is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case / application filed by the applicant and to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order before the court concerned, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
