Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32677 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 4.
